Terms & Conditions

TestProgress is a BSEB exam preparation platform operated as an individual proprietorship by Abhay Maurya, based in Hariharpur, Mohania, Kaimur, Bihar, India. In these terms, "we" and "TestProgress" mean that operator, and "you" means the person using the platform.

By signing up or using TestProgress you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

TestProgress is intended for students aged 13 and above who are preparing for Bihar School Examination Board Class 10th and 12th examinations.

If you are under 18, you must use the platform with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must have their permission before creating an account or making any payment. By making a purchase, you confirm that you either are 18 or older, or have your guardian's consent to do so.

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your profile up to date.
• One account per student. Do not create multiple accounts.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us at once if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

TestProgress offers a free plan with limited test access, and paid plans of 1 month, 7 months and 1 year. Some individual tests are marked free and are open to everyone.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Access begins once payment is confirmed and ends when the plan period expires.
• Plans do not renew automatically — you choose whether to purchase again.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

Because a paid plan gives immediate and full access to digital content, plan purchases are non-refundable once activated.

We will consider a refund where a payment was charged twice for the same plan, where a payment was deducted but the plan was not activated, or where a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the platform for an extended period.

To request a refund, email support.testprogress@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, from your registered email address, with the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.

Coupons are issued at our discretion and may carry conditions such as an expiry date, a usage limit, a minimum order value, or restriction to particular plans. A coupon has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel a coupon and reverse the discount if it was obtained or used improperly.

Paid users receive a referral code. When someone signs up using your code and buys their first paid plan, referral credit is added to your account. Credit can be withdrawn to a UPI ID or bank account once you request it and we approve it.

The following will void referral credit:

• Referring accounts you created yourself, or accounts of the same person.
• Using fake names, numbers or email addresses to generate referrals.
• Spamming, misleading advertising, or claiming to represent TestProgress.
• Any other attempt to obtain credit without a genuine new paying student.

We review every withdrawal request and may reject one we believe is fraudulent. Rejected amounts are returned to your credit balance. We may change or end the referral programme at any time; credit already earned honestly will still be honoured. Provide accurate payout details — we are not responsible for money sent to a wrong UPI ID or account number that you supplied.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with anyone else, or sell or transfer access.
• Copy, download in bulk, republish or resell our questions, answers or explanations.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the platform.
• Attempt to break, probe or bypass our security, payment or plan restrictions.
• Upload anything unlawful, offensive, or containing malware as an answer sheet.
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings by any dishonest means.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

The questions, answers, explanations, design, branding and code on TestProgress belong to us and are protected by copyright. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own exam preparation only.

Answer sheets and text you submit remain yours. By uploading them you give us permission to store and display them back to you as part of your result and review history.

We work to keep our questions aligned with the BSEB syllabus and our answers correct, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is free of error, nor that our content will match any actual board examination paper.

TestProgress is a practice tool. Your scores here are not a prediction of your board result. If you spot a mistake in a question, please report it to us so we can fix it.

We aim to keep the platform running continuously, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, or problems at our hosting, database or payment providers may cause downtime. We may also add, change or remove features at any time.

We are not liable for a test attempt lost due to your internet connection dropping, your device failing, or your browser closing mid-test.

TestProgress is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including examination results, lost opportunities, or loss of data.

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using TestProgress at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support.testprogress@gmail.com. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of an unused plan period.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, attempt fraud, or misuse the platform. Where the breach is serious, we may do so without notice and without a refund.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The revised version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date, and we will notify you of significant changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use TestProgress after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohania, Bihar.

For any question about these terms, email support.testprogress@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 7 working days.
